The Foundation has a "rolling acceptance" policy, meaning proposals are accepted and grants are awarded throughout the year as long as funds remain available for disbursement. Grant applications are received, reviewed, and awarded as they come to the Foundation. When a grant application form is received, a liaison from the Foundation's Board of Trustees will be assigned to the proposal. The liaison will be responsible for any communication with the contact person named in the application regarding the proposed project. There will likely be a Q & A period conducted by the liaison with the contact person in order to clarify any concerns the Board has with the project being proposed.
If a proposal is successful, the Foundation's liaison will continue communicating with the contact person throughout the implementation and conclusion of the project. An unsuccessful grant application will be returned to the contact person with the reason(s) noted on the application form itself.
